Did You Know? Legal counsel for Paul Flores on more than one occasion have offered to plea bargain, i.e; lead investigators to Kristin's body in exchange for a reduced charge. Kristin's parents agreed the first two times, but Paul's counsel failed to respond.

	'At one point in time, there was a deceased human being in Flores' dorm room.' So says Lt. 	Kristin Smart Memorial video. This video was the centerpiece of Kristin's Memorial Service. Here you get to see Kristin as a newborn child right on up to just a few short months before her life was tragically cut short in May of 1996. For those of us who have never had the honor of knowing Kristin, this video will stamp the 'miracle that was her life' onto your heart.
	The Stain of Arroyo Grande, Ca. The Ruben Flores Family. Here you see Ruben, Susan Flores, Paul Flores and Mike McConville arrogantly walking into the Santa Maria courthouse as Paul  gets sentenced to 240 days in jail for violating his probation after 3 DUI arrests. I knew about the court date and arrived early. I asked permission from the court to be able to stand at the entrance of the courtroom. The court granted my request so there was nothing the Flores could do except walk right past me. Ruben shamelessly puts his hand up to cover the lens.
	Kristin's last known sighting? I say this with some suspicion because the source of this information is Cheryl Anderson and Tim Davis. Their story was contradicted by Brandon Allison. The Cal Poly intersection of Grand Ave and Perimeter Rd is where these students said they last saw Kristin. They may be telling the truth - but the Smarts are not so sure.

In the video clip above - you hear Paul Flores take the 5th and refuse to cooperate. In this clip, Susan Flores continues her family's charade by telling city leaders that her family hopes Kristin is returned to her family soon. Susan has proven time and again that she couldn't care less about Kristin or her family.
	Kristen Modafferi Video Watch America's Most Wanted episode chronicling Kristen's case as Oakland Police zero in on suspect Jon Onuma. Kristen is from Dennis Mahon's hometown of Charlotte, NC and her parents, Bob and Debbie, introduced Dennis to the Smarts. Kristen vanished June 23rd, 1997 and has not been heard from since. There is a chance that Kristen may still be alive as a sighting of her in Nicaragua was reported in May of 2000.
