Here is the Public Record concerning Paul Flores' DUI Arrest on December 20th, 2006 in California. For this latest DUI (I belive it is his 4th) he now how at least two felonies hanging over him and I have heard (but cannot confirm) that morte charges are pending. HIs next trial appearance is scheduled for April 26th. The DA in Torrance has already been alerted to Paul's past and we are hopeful that this in the end turns out to be a positive for Kristin Smart and her family.
