Chapter 3: Meeting Susan Flores

Susan Flores was arrested by St. Dave Sanchez for assault and battery on Dennis Mahon, yours truly, outside her residence at the 500 block of East Branch St, Arroyo Grande, Ca.

I was sitting in my car writing a chapter for this website regarding Mrs. Flores' involvement with school children. She is an instructional aide at the Arroyo Grande Community School.

Evidently, either Susan or her boyfriend called police on me because St. Dave Sanchez responded to the call and approached my vehicle.

After checking my license and insurance information he politely excused himself.

At the same time, Susan Flores came out of the house and walked down the steps to meet St. Sanchez on the sidewalk. At this time I got out of my car with my camera to take a photo of the suspect's mother.

When she saw me with my camera she "lost it", blew right past Sgt. Sanchez and charged me very angrily.

I honestly thought she was just going to start yelling at me and that would be it. She suddenly leaped upon me and was thrashing around violently and grabbed my camera with both hands.

I was more stunned than anything. I mean, Sgt. Sanchez was standing literally three feet away!

She had my camera with both hands and was about to destroy it before we wrestled to the ground and I grabbed it away from her. She began kicking and clawing at me and screaming something about how she was damn tired of me.

This all happened in about 10-15 seconds. Sgt. Sanchez quickly grabbed Susan and handcuffed her.
