To Investigators in the Kristin Smart Case:

We respectfully request that you re-enter Susan Flores' property located at 529 East Branch Street, Arroyo Grande, Ca for the purpose of excavating her backyard in the hopes of finding Kristin Smart.

We realize that a search warrant was conducted in June of 2000 using Ground Penetrating Radar and you did not find Kristin. The lead investigator at the SLO Sheriff's department has said "we might have missed her."

While we understand that Ground Penetrating Radar was used four years after Kristin disappeared, we also know that the backyard was NEVER dug up.

We are signing this petition because we want Susan Flores' backyard 'dug up'.

In June 2000, investigators received a search warrant so there had to be compelling reason to convince a judge to grant the warrant.

Added to that, the following factors give us more than enough reason to sign this petition pleading with you to please consider getting back on the property:

Concrete.

During the time Kristin vanished, concrete was poured in the backyard. We request that the concrete be dug up.

Local Firm Pro Bono. A firm has stepped up and offered to excavate the backyard free of charge. Cost is not an issue.

Tip that surfaced after investigators searched their property.

Eyewitness claims to see people carrying 'rolled-up' carpeting into backyard in the middle of the night. A 'car top' was stolen from Cal Poly parking lot the night Kristin vanished.
